Established 2011 in Longhua: high multi-layer and rigid-flex fabrication, an in-house QC lab and a second 40,000 m² plant under construction in Jiujiang.
Quint Tech's manufacturing base was established in 2011 in Longhua, Shenzhen — a 12,000 m² PCB plant focused on high multi-layer and rigid-flex boards in prototype to mid-volume quantities. The company is certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise with 77 invention and utility patents, audited by SGS and certified to ISO 14001.
Automated imaging, lamination and drilling lines feed in-house plating and ENIG lines, so multilayer and rigid-flex jobs do not depend on outside process houses. Technical capability runs to 36-layer rigid samples, 18-layer rigid-flex, 1.5 mil HDI geometry and 16:1 aspect ratios.
The in-house lab performs cross-section analysis, impedance coupon measurement, ionic contamination testing, plating-thickness (X-ray) checks and RoHS verification. Full equipment and certification details are on the quality page.
Current exports cover Europe, North America, Japan and the wider Asian market. A second 40,000 m² plant in Jiujiang is under construction to carry volume production as order books grow.
