Turn-key SMT assembly & PCBA, inspected at every stage

Boards, parts and assembly managed through one contact — with 100% AOI, X-ray on BGA and first-article checks on every new build.

Quint Tech provides turn-key and consigned SMT assembly (PCBA) through a dedicated assembly facility: 3 SMT lines and 2 DIP lines, with solder-paste inspection, 100% AOI, X-ray inspection on BGA packages and first-article checks on every new build.

Turn-key or consigned

Send a complete BOM and we fabricate the boards, source components, assemble and test — or work with consigned parts you already hold. Mixed turn-key/consigned jobs are common: customers consign allocated ICs while we source passives and connectors through Shenzhen's supply chain.

Package and process capability

Assembly lead times

PCBA quotes are typically returned within 12 hours; SMT samples take 3–5 days after parts are ready, and volume PCBA runs 20–30 days.

Working days ex-factory. Special processes (half-hole, thick copper, back-drilling) add 1–3 days. SMT assembly samples typically ship in 3–5 days; volume PCBA in 20–30 days.

Inspection and test at every stage

Every build passes SPI before reflow, 100% AOI after reflow, X-ray on BGA and concealed joints, and first-article verification before run-off. Five functional test rigs support customer-supplied test fixtures and basic functional checks.

Questions

PCBA FAQ

What's the difference between turn-key and consigned assembly?

Turn-key: we supply bare boards and all components. Consigned: you provide parts. Mixed mode — you consign critical ICs, we source the rest — is also fine.

Do you support prototypes and small batches?

Yes. Engineering builds, pilot runs and production share the same lines; SMT samples typically ship in 3–5 days once parts are available.

Can you perform functional testing?

We support customer-supplied test fixtures on five rigs and perform basic functional checks; tell us the test procedure with your RFQ.

What should the BOM and pick&place data include?

Manufacturer part numbers, reference designators, quantities and tolerances in the BOM; centroid (XYRS) pick&place data plus stencil/assembly drawings. Gerbers are needed when we also fabricate the boards.
