Automotive electronics PCBs, built on TS 16949 lines

Navigation controllers, charging and power boards with automotive-grade process discipline.

Automotive electronics PCB manufacturing

Powertrain controllers, navigation and infotainment core boards, charging systems and sensing modules demand repeatable processes and disciplined change control. Our SMT facility operates under an IATF/TS 16949 quality system, and PCBA orders run with 100% AOI, X-ray on BGA and first-article inspection on every new build.

Processes used on automotive builds

From prototype to program supply

Engineering builds and pilot runs share the same lines as production, so DV/PV samples are representative of the series process. A second 40,000 m² plant in Jiujiang is under construction to carry volume programs.

Questions

Frequently asked

What automotive quality certification applies?

The SMT assembly facility operates under an IATF/TS 16949 quality system, within the company's ISO 9001 framework; PCB fabrication is UL recognized.

Can you do castellation / half-hole edges?

Yes — half-hole processing is standard and already used on the 8-layer navigation boards we build.

What about high-current boards for charging and drives?

Heavy copper up to 5 oz with CTI > 600V is a proven stackup on our power supply boards.
